Today during the English classes I fond out that in Thailand the selection for military service is what we called lottery. Young men draw lots. If a recruit get a black card, he can forget about military service. But if luck not on his side and he get a red one, he should devote himself to the serving in Thai army for one year.
About this, I suppose, strange way to call up for military service I heard from my Thai friend Tao. He's 31 now. Tao was the lucky one who get black card when he was calling up.
